It&#8217;s a hard shot, I&#8217;ve tried many times and still haven&#8217;t mastered this one. The contrast between light and dark is so great it makes this one of the toughest dawn/sunrise shots to get.]]></description>

I wanted to get <a href="http://www.kulayphotography.com/california/the-bridge-in-the-fog/">my safe shot</a> in before experimenting a bit.  I&#8217;m happy I experimented.  This was taken using two filters; a 2 stop ND and a circular polarizer.  I find the combination of those two often results in great motion blur and very strong colours which don&#8217;t require much tweaking in post.  If you have any similar or even wildly different technique tips please share them in the comments.</p>
