My name is Paul Pratt, I was born & raised in Edinburgh, Scotland. I’ve lived in Edinburgh, San Clemente, Los Angeles, Sausalito, San Francisco & Larkspur. My heart belongs to Edinburgh.

I’ve spent ten years as an Operating Room Nurse and five years as a photographer. I concentrate solely on portraiture, aiming to capture unique characters in compelling environments. I strive for clean looking shots with minimal distractions and a strong, bold, colourful style.

I have a strong connection to music & lyrics, stories, fantasy, landscape, tales of sorrow & unrequited love, tales of happiness & random acts of human kindness. I’d like to incorporate more of these things into my photographs.
