I’m originally from Edinburgh in Scotland and I now live in San Francisco, California.
I started taking photographs in 2005 and this site fairly quickly evolved into a one-a-day photoblog. In 2007 I stopped shooting so many photographs and had a huge purge. I deleted a lot of images I didn’t like and the photographs here are what remain.
I try and take new landscapes as often as possible but with a young family it is often difficult to make the long trips from San Francisco to the remote areas I like to shoot in. I plan to shoot Mono Lake, Yosemite & the Eastern Sierras in the not too distant future.
