Description
A few months ago I wanted to get a slighty better photograph of the Golden Gate Bridge than I had in my archives. I decided to make the trek down to Marshall’s Beach which is on the west side of the bridge, on the San Francisco side. Going down all the steps to the beach is a fairly easy walk, walking back up them with a bag of camera gear and a tripod is torture!
Once you are down on the beach you walk towards the bridge and then climb over some big rocks to get to the best viewpoint. I’m pleased with how this one turned out, I actually went back to the same spot a few weeks later but there were no clouds in the sky and the tide was higher so I came away empty handed, timing is everything in this location.

Excellent shot! I knew I should have climbed over those rocks when I was there. Next time for sure!
Let me know when you plan to head down there, if you want a shooting buddy.
Tell me what you're thinking.
